About
I’m Wm. Hunter Tammaro. I’m a Senior Consultant with Excella Consulting. I work on Agile software development projects, and currently serve as a Scrum Master, with an interest in business analysis, requirements elicitation and user experience research and design.
I graduated from the University of Virginia in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and a minor in Psychology. While at the University, I worked with the High Energy Physics group, contributing to the design of the NOvA Far Detector. I also contributed to the University’s student-run newspaper, The Cavalier Daily, serving for a time as Associate Editor of the Life section before being elected Operations Manager. My writing was honored by the Virginia Press Association in their 2008 and 2010 News Contests and I personally think it was pretty okay.
I live with my wife Helen and hedgehog Howie in Arlington, Virginia, where my hobbies include live music, writing, and cooking.
About this website
This website runs on WordPress, using a theme I made in the excellent Notepad++ text editor. During its development, I made heavy use of the HTML, PHP and CSS references published by W3Schools. I’m really not sure what I’m going for with it, but I enjoy rebuilding it every couple of years to keep my HTML/CSS/JS chops up-to-date. Plus, you know, the whole iterative-lean thing.
Please enjoy this website that I made for you.
